How Do I Rent Equipment?
We make your equipment rental easy. Simply click on the equipment you'd like to rent. When directed to the order form fill out the requested information. Tell us which equipment you'd like to rent (including exact size and color), the term (length of time) you'd like to rent, and your preferred drop off and pick up date. You will be directed to fill out your personal and payment information. We will confirm your equipment, drop off date and payment. We will contact you via email and text message with your rental and delviery confirmation. Or you can call us at (480) 436-4501 and we'll help you complete your order.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Right now we are not contracted to accept insurance. However we do welcome HSA cards. We also can help facilitate insurance reimbursement for you. Make sure to call your insurance provider and ask them if they offer reimbursement. If so we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for them to reimburse you. Ask us about our gift card prorgram!
Where Is Your Store Located?
Direct Mobility is an online store and delivery service. This means that we do not have a traditional store front. We are located in Gilbert, AZ and offer free delivery* to our east valley service area. All of our equipment is available to view on our website. We keep our equipemnt in a secured, climate controlled storage facility. We deliver direct to your door. Please contact us with any questions.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Due to the nature of the equipment we provide we do not offer refunds on any open or used purchased equipment. We cannot accept any returns of equipment that have been opened or used for risk of exposure to Covid-19 and other biohazards. We do provide a 24 hour window for our customers to return equipment that is unopened and in the exact condition it was delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please review our policy here.
Do You Deliver?
Yes! We provide free delivery to your home or doctors office within our east valley delivery area. We do not provide in store pick up. Please fill out our order form to indicate your desired delivery date. We will arrange your drop off within 72 hours of your desired date.
