Delivery Policy

Direct Mobility is an online based delivery service located in Gilbert, AZ.  The products you see on our website are the products you will receive.  We offer free delivery inside of our pre-marked delivery area in the southeast valley.  We can deliver outside of this area for a fee. Every effort will be made to deliver your order as quickly as possible.  But please allow up to 72 hours for delivery of in-stock products.  Out of stock items may take longer.  

Our delivery practices conform with every precaution for Covid-19.  We will deliver your order sanitized and following face mask and distancing protocols.  We can provide you with a brief instructional.  We can also leave your order at your door step and you can watch the instructional videos located here at your convenience.  

Pick Up Policy

 Your pick up will be scheduled with in 72 hours of the end of your rental period.  We ask that you review our return checklist prior to return.  We will schedule a day and time window for your item pick up.  When possible we will coordinate a place for you to safely set your equipment outside of your home for us to pick up.  

Return & Exchange Policy
Purchased Items

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on purchased equipment within 24 hours of delivery.  All returns must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition it was received.  Absolutely no exceptions will be made.  Direct Mobility LLC is not responsible for defective equipment. We will review your return if your equipment is found to be defective out of the box prior to use with in 24 hours of receipt.  We will ask for a description and pictures detailing any issues.  Direct Mobility LLC will not accept any return that has been used or shows signs of use.  Direct Mobility LLC reserves the right to review all equipment and accept or deny them at our discretion.

Rented Items

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on rented equipment at any time during your rental period.  Exchanges and returns will be made for defective or unsatisfactory equipment, or equipment that is no longer needed for the original rental period.  Direct Mobility LLC is not responsible for defective equipment.   We will ask for a description and pictures detailing any issues.  Direct Mobility LLC will not refund any rental fee for equipment that has been abused or shows signs of abuse, neglect, misuse or violates our terms, conditions and guidelines.  Direct Mobility LLC reserves the right to review all equipment returns and accept or deny them at our discretion. Your pick up will be scheduled with in 72 hours of the end of your rental period.  To avoid any additional cleaning or replacement costs, we ask that you review our return checklist prior to return.
