Direct Mobility LLC is committed to providing high quality and safe equipment to our customers.  Upon receipt of purchased or rented equipment all customers will be required to review, agree and sign our acknowledgments and liability release forms.  Direct Mobility LLC will be held free of liability for any defect, damage or injury that occurs while customers are control of our equipment. please review the above forms or contact us for more details.
